If
your accessing AOL from the North County or anywhere else they do
not have a local access number you soon find that the FREE 100 HOURS
isn't so FREE after all. Example: a long distance call from Paso Robles
to the nearest AOL access line in San Luis Obispo runs about $6 per
hour. Your phone charges can run into the hundreds of dollars. There
are several reasons why you might want to keep your AOL account, existing
Email addresses at AOL, a website you have hosted at AOL or ease of
use. Now you can keep your AOL and dial a local number and eliminate
the long distance charges. This also reduces the cost of your AOL
account by 1/2 as your no longer dialing their modems. Be sure to
call AOL and have them adjust your account. 1-800-827-6364
